Just because you want something to go away

Doesn’t mean that it will

That’s one of the first important fact I learned about depression

The more I wanted it to go away the more it stayed rite where it was

Slowly turning your cheek to the other one is the only way

You can protect yourself from getting slapped again

Watching how you speak and who you speak to

Peace of mind is as important as peace surround

One begets the other it’s a seed that grows if planted
