I kept looking at the clock

As though it was going to speak

Waiting for that time that would never come

The one place where I had found freedom was now a prison

All because I was in the right place but the wrong time

This to me was all the evidence I needed to support how I was feeling

Why after all this time did I need to be rational about my fears

The store display had fallen on me

to me that’s all that was

necessary for me to feel the fear

But no I needed to go back into the beast

find it’s heart and ripe it out

What use was reality

I was in panic mode

As I looked at the clock again,I heard
