Good Humor

Sitting on the edge waiting

For the truck, back then it was bells and good humor ice cream

The man wore a white hat and drove this funny looking truck

With these little doors opening

When the hot air hit the cold

It was something magical

Each door have a different

Treat, nevertheless it was Good Humor Ice Cream

This was the only time we had manners

Knowing to say please and thank you

Hot fun in the summer time

  1. Thank you Shelton
Memories, life seemed simple. I’m still a tomboy, tomboy we played Cowboys and Indians, the Texas heat was blistering, all the boys took their shirt off and so did I. Mine didn’t look any different than the boys but when I got home it was a different story.
